Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown in the last step of checkout. Depending on the country of delivery and the order value, we offer:

Payment in advance by bank transfer

After ordering you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details. As soon as we have received payment, the goods are prepared for shipping.

Card payment

The card and online payment methods offered at checkout are processed via Shopify Payments. The amount is charged when the order is completed.

Cash on collection

If you collect from our warehouse in Budapest, cash payment is possible by prior arrangement.

Invoice and VAT

You will receive a proper invoice by e-mail for every order. VAT is charged according to the country of destination – 20% for deliveries to Austria.

Business customers from the EU

Companies with a valid VAT ID from another EU member state can be supplied tax-free as an intra-community supply. Please contact us before ordering at info@sinaopt.com so that we can verify your VAT ID and issue the invoice accordingly.

We are happy to grant payment terms to resellers and regular business customers after a credit check. Details can be found under For resellers.
