The site is the online store of Sinaopt Kft. If you use the services of the site and place an order on our company's website, you simultaneously declare that you are familiar with, consider it binding on you, and accept the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) which have been concluded as an agreement between you and Sinaopt Kft. Sinaopt Kft. reserves the right to modify the GTC without prior agreement or notice, and it is the responsibility of the user of the site to check the current GTC in each case.

Only persons over the age of 18 may purchase and place orders in the webshop. By submitting an order, a purchase contract is concluded between Sinaopt Kft. and the individual or company placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the customer) in accordance with the conditions described in this document, and the customer undertakes to take delivery of the ordered goods and pay the purchase price upon receipt.

The customer accepts the terms of the contract by pressing the "Send" button on the "Cart Contents" page, which sends the order data electronically.

Identification of contracting parties

The purchase contract is concluded between Sinaopt Kft. as the seller and the customer as the buyer. Sinaopt Kft. is only responsible for orders placed on its website, through the online catalog clearly identified with the company logo and data.

To accept the order, you or your company's data is required, which can be found on the order form pages of the website. We will not accept incomplete, false or inaccurate data and will reject the order. If the registered data does not correspond to reality or conflicts with any point of the GTC, the order will be canceled without explanation. We will confirm the order by phone or e-mail. Sinaopt Kft. reserves the right to check the correctness of the registered data.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the fulfillment of the order without explanation - at any time before the payment of the purchase price.

Prices

The prices shown on the page are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer. We reserve the right to change prices. We are not responsible for any errors on the page!
The price shown in red on the product data sheet is the gross offer price of the product, which is the gross price of the product reduced by the online purchase discount from the general list price. The offer price is valid at the given moment and only becomes a final price if the customer completes the steps of the ordering process correctly and approves the order. The crossed out (list price) on the product data sheet are the list prices issued by the Importer and are for informational purposes only. The selling price is formed from this price in a percentage proportion.

If an order or orders are modified or combined for any reason, the modified order will be subject to the delivery and payment conditions valid at the time of the modification. Sinaopt Kft. reserves the right to change prices without justification.

Stock

Not all products in the product catalog on our site are available in stock 24 hours a day. If we cannot serve the customer from stock, we will inform you about the expected availability of the product during the consultation. Our company is served by several domestic and foreign importers and wholesalers with tires. Which is usually available within 2-10 working days, which we deliver to the customer within the agreed time in the case of an order. This may differ in the case of seasonal products (winter tires-summer tires).

The buyer accepts these terms and conditions when placing the order.

Delivery

The purchased tires can be picked up in person at our company's premises. If the selected tires are purchased from Sinaopt Kft., our company will also deliver the products upon request. Depending on the distance and other circumstances, Sinaopt Kft. provides the transportation with its own vehicles or by using subcontractors.

Shipping costs:

- up to a net purchase of HUF 50,000 - we charge a shipping fee based on the weight and number of tires (for the exact shipping cost for the given ordered product, please contact our staff by phone)
- over HUF 50,000 net - free of charge

Based on prior verbal or written agreement, the customer and Sinaopt Kft. may agree on individual delivery conditions that differ from the above, the details of which will be determined individually on each occasion.

Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

 You may cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the right of withdrawal stipulated in Government Decree No. 45/2014. (II.16.).

In this case, the seller will refund the purchase price paid immediately, but no later than 14 days after the return. You must notify us of your withdrawal from the order as soon as possible by letter or e-mail. According to the interpretation of the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (companies), in their case our company is not obliged to take back the goods already sold or refund the purchase price, however, our company may occasionally refund up to 90% of the purchase price of the returned product.

During withdrawal:

• Before the buyer can receive a full refund, they must first return the product to the seller.
• The consumer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
• If the item is damaged or worn, the seller may request compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the item.

Seller's liability

‍Sinaopt Kft. is not liable for typographical errors, the correctness or veracity of the information placed on the site. Sinaopt Kft. reserves the right to delete or suspend the service and content for any reason, without prior notice, and also reserves the right to make any changes or to terminate the service and content in whole or in part. Sinaopt Kft. is not liable for any damages to visitors or users arising from the suspension of the content in whole or in part, even without prior notice, or from the complete shutdown or changes. Since Sinaopt Kft. acts as a trader between tire manufacturers and the buyer, it is not liable for any damages that are directly or indirectly related to technical failures, accidents or breakages related to tires after purchase. You declare that you will not involve Sinaopt Ltd. and its employees in legal and compensation disputes related to the service provided by a third party through Sinaopt Ltd. The handling of these matters is solely within the competence of the manufacturer and the buyer.

Buyer's Responsibility

The Buyer acknowledges that by approving his/her order(s), he/she accepts this contract, and that failure to comply with the provisions herein constitutes a breach of contract, for which he/she is legally liable.

The Customer undertakes to ensure the receipt and payment of shipments containing the goods ordered in the orders approved by him in accordance with the payment methods specified in the GTC. If the delivery of the shipment fails due to the fault of the Customer, the Customer shall reimburse Sinaopt Kft. for the resulting additional costs. In such a case, Sinaopt Kft. shall issue an invoice for the amount of the additional costs.

Scope of the contract

‍This contract comes into force upon approval of the order and is concluded upon fulfillment of the order. In the case of a continuous order, the contract remains in force until all claims of the parties against each other are fulfilled. The system of Sinaopt Kft. automatically assigns an order identification number to each valid order, which is communicated in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. Only orders with an order identification number are valid!

‍It is prohibited to use the name, image, logo for any product or service that does not belong to Sinaopt Kft. without the permission of Sinaopt Kft., which is capable of misleading customers, discrediting the name of Sinaopt Kft. or our online stores. The text information, images, logos, typographic and design elements found on our websites are subject to copyright, and they may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the written permission of Sinaopt Kft.

Data protection

‍In order to use certain services of our online stores, the User must provide personal data. Sinaopt Kft., which operates the websites, undertakes to notify and inform you of the method, purpose and principles of data collection with a clear, eye-catching and unambiguous communication before recording or processing any data of the User. Sinaopt Kft. undertakes to treat the data it has obtained with the utmost confidentiality and not to pass it on to another party, except in the event that you specifically request this during a process. The information required for the delivery of the given product by courier service is an exception to this.

In order for us to issue the invoice and deliver the package to the correct address, you must provide the following information:
Last name and first name (in the case of companies, the name of the company or contact person)
Address
E-mail address
Telephone number
Postal address (if different from the address provided)
We use the data exclusively to fulfill your order, to provide you with information related to the order, and occasionally to send you a promotional newsletter.

Cash payment‍

You can also pay in cash for personal pickup and delivery.

Payment by bank card

OTP Bank Rt. provides the possibility of card acceptance for the www.sinaopt.hu online store, through its secure card acceptance system using the SSL protocol. When paying by bank card, you will be redirected to the payment page of OTP Bank, and the payment is made directly on the page operated by the Bank, which operates in accordance with the rules and security regulations of international card companies, and not on the www.sinaopt.hu store page. The www.sinaopt.hu online store does not have any information about your card or the account data, number, or expiration date, and cannot access them.

To pay by bank card, you will need the following information, please have your card ready:
- Card number (13-19 digit number embossed or printed on the front of the card)
- Expiration date: (13-19 digit number embossed or printed on the front of the card, in mm/yyy format)
- Validation code: (last three digits of the number on the signature panel on the back of the card) (CVV2 or CVC2) If your card does not have such a code, please leave the relevant field on the payment page blank.

You can pay with the following card types in our store:

* Electron (non-embossed), depending on the issuer - in the case of these cards, the issuing bank determines whether it allows the card to be used online. Final provisions‍

In matters not regulated in this contract and related documents, the Civil Code and the laws on electronic commerce and distance contracts shall apply. Our company complies with the relevant ethical standards.

In the event of any kind of legal dispute, the competent court in the place of residence of Sinaopt Kft. (as the operator) shall be competent.

Based on prior verbal or written agreement, the customer and Sinaopt Kft. may agree on individual conditions different from the above, the details of which will be determined individually on each occasion.
